Awaken

Located not far from Captain Cook’s monument this group of trees have always drawn my eye. Having taken many photos of them over the years in several different conditions this one has to be my favourite and every time we go up this way Andrew always asks “Are you off to photography your tree?” I loved the pinky sky that happened at sunset this night and it really suited this colourful scene.
