The Fallen Leaf of Falling Foss

This was another composition of Falling Foss, taken on the same day as The Fall neither myself or Laura could pick a clear favourite so in the end we printed both! The version incorporated a group of large rocks that had been used as stepping stones curving round the image adding depth and leading you to the fall itself. The star of the show however is the fallen leaf that was rested on the front rock adding some lovely foreground interest and contrasting against the lush green foliage surrounding the fall.
