Stuck on You

When snow falls and causes chaos on the roads what better location is there than one you can walk to? Having woken up and opened the curtains to see that the forecasted snow had fallen I got myself up, put on several layers, grabbed my camera bag and headed out. With working from home I had a limited amount of time to go and grab a shot so been able to walk to the priory in a short amount of time meant I didn’t have to take a day’s holiday to go enjoy the snow (as much as I wanted to). Due to the priory grounds closing over winter and even when it is open not been open at this time of morning I headed for the field behind the priory. A composition I’ve taken many times over the years in all sorts of conditions it was nice to capture this in snow with the fresh powder simplifying the scene and even sticking to the priory.
