Yellow and Blue Make Green
Its nice to capture these views in all seasons but springtime at Roseberry Topping is such a beautiful season. With the woods carpeted by bluebells, the yellow gorse bushes and the spring greens in the trees and the fields all blooming the area becomes full of colour. I’d taken this shot the summer before as a reminder to come back to in the following spring and try include the bluebells in the scene. While the fence may have seen better days the leaning posts came in handy as it meant I could include them without worrying about the covering the gorse bushes underneath the shooting box.
