Red and Purple
The former vertical lift bridge that is Newport Bridge in Middlesbrough is frequently lit up by Stockton Borough Council for various events whether it be Armed Forces Day or fairtrade fortnight and varies in colours depending on the cause. This visit saw the bridge lit up for National Volunteering Week in red and purple. We don’t always visit as while its nice to capture in different colours I always find it best to photograph at high tide with low wind in order to capture a reflection as I did on this night.
