Loched and Loaded

Our third visit to the beautiful Kilchurn Castle saw us further exploring the area, trawling for compositions different to those we’d taken before on our two previous visits. Walking along the shore these two boulders stood out to me as pleasing on the eye and added some depth to the image. While the water wasn’t a crystal clear reflection it had enough to add interest and I made sure that the central boulder didn’t encroach on the reflection of the background mountains which had almost shed their snow caps ready for spring / summer.
