Get My Good Side

Highland Cows are rather photogenic as it is with their long horns and shaggy ginger fur but in this case this cow posed for me. Having lined up some heather in the foreground with the cow facing the opposite direction as soon as I got my frame line up it turned its head as if to say “Get my Good Side” hence the name. It was also nice to be able to include some of the lovely green peak district countryside in the background of this one as a lot of my other images from this day I was laid on the floor aiming upwards which gave I plain background to the photo.
