Pair of Puffins

A trip to Bempton Cliffs back in 2022 searching for the beautiful bright beaked puffins was a successful one. Sometimes these elusive birds are too far away at Bempton to come away with nice photos without a rather expensive zoom lens with a huge amount of reach. Thankfully sometimes you manage to spot them at a more manageable distance on the cliff’s edge and this was one of those times. With Bempton Cliffs been a nature reserve you can see some beautiful plants and flowers around which add a splash of colour to the photos and having framed this one through some bright yellow flowers with a low aperture added the colour without drawing away for the stars of the show which were these two beautiful puffins.
