Pretty In Pink
We were very lucky with our trip onto Skomer Island during our Wales trip in 2024. Obliviously we’d only booked one day on the island not realising lots of photographers book several as they expect a day of poor conditions and potentially a day of cancelled boats trips due to choppy weather. Thankfully we fluked it as the day before’s landings had been cancelled however ours went ahead on a beautiful sunny day which meant plenty of light hitting some of the lovely plants on the island. Having spotted some vibrant pink flowers I used them to inject some colour to contrast against the lush greens of the island.
