Purple Peekaboo
An unsuccessful sunrise at Roseberry Topping before work saw me not get the shot that I wanted but not liking to go home empty handed I switched gears and put on my zoom lens for the walk back to the car to head to work. It didn’t take long to come across the free-roaming sheep on the moors and that meant time spent crouching down in heather for me waiting for this grazing sheep to pop its head up out the heather and into my frame. Thankfully it did so and caught the early morning light up on Newton moor on its face meaning I didn’t go home empty handed and it made having to go back home to work more bearable knowing I’d captured something.
