The beautiful Yorkshire Dales is well known for its dry-stone walled piece of tranquillity with only sheep and amazing vistas for company for miles in some places. Featuring limestone coves, castles, abbeys, amazing dark skies, a world-famous cheesemaker in Wensleydale Creamery (Laura’s favourite) and even a waterfall made famous in Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves.
The Dales has so much to explore whether it be The Yorkshire 3 peaks of Ingleborough, Pen Y Ghent and Whernside, buttercup meadows such as at Muker or simply watching trains go over Ribblehead Viaduct. We have so much yet to explore of this beautiful area and always look forward to our next visit with camera in hand.
